Mindfulness Meet-up is designed to bring individuals together who are looking to strengthen self and community through awareness and mindfulness. During each Meet-up we will focus on a specific life topic for the purpose of healing, greater understanding, guidance, and clarity, followed by a guided meditation to assist in alignment with attracting higher vibrational experiences. As a result of your commitment to these weekly ventures (every Saturday), you will learn to live more deliberately; making conscious choices that will guide you in a way more in alignment with your highest and best.
